Vineyards : Estate Doña Elsa of 140 hectares is situated in Rama Caida, San Rafael, Mendoza, at 750m. above sea level. This estate takes the name of Don Valentin’s wife and there is an antique house which belonged to Elsa’s parents.Rama Caida is one of the coolest areas in San Rafael. Winemaking Process Manual picking, crushing and cooling of crushed grape. Lees are separated through cold decantation, must fermentation by inoculating with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Blends are made, stabilization and bottling.
Oenological Characteristics Bright, medium intense aromas of honeyed-lemon, peaches, and tropical fruit make this wine immediately attractive. A soft entry and enjoyable crispness combine in this wine for enjoyment as en aperitif or as a perfect accompaniment to lighter dishes.
Serving Temperature : The ideal is around 10ºC.
