Winemaking Process

Manual picking, crushing and fermentation of crushed grape inoculating with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Very gentle, periodic pump-overs of wine during the fermentation stage, separation of liquid from the solids and pressing, natural stabilization in stainless steel tanks before the blends take place and bottling.

Oenological Characteristics

The classic Malbec aromas of ripe plum and violets are evident in the nose, with hints of vanilla. The beauty of the Malbec in Argentina is its ability to combine a rich weighty mouthfeel with a soft silkiness normally associated with lighter wines and this wine does not disappoint, combining with pleasing fruit that mimics the aromas.

Serving Temperature : The ideal is around 20ºC.
