skin. Draining, pressing and autoclarifying rackings. Aged in stainless steel tanks for three years. Stabilized, filtered and bottled. Aged in bottle for three years.

Oenological Characteristics This is a wine of intense ruby colour; delicate bouquet, fruity and varietal, velvetylike of good structure, prominent personality, reminiscent of black pepper; cherry and cassis.
Suggestions Ideal to savor this wine with a large variety of dishes, especially meat.
Serving Temperature : The ideal is between 18º-20ºC. |
