Grape Variety : Cabernet Sauvignon 100%

 

Vineyards : Estate Asti situated in Las Paredes, San Rafael, Mendoza at 760m. above sea level. Sandy calcareous soil of alluvial origin.

 

Winemaking Process : Manual picking. Crushing, classical fermentation including maceration with grape

skin. Draining, pressing and autoclarifying rackings. Aged in stainless steel tanks for three years. Stabilized, filtered and bottled. Aged in bottle for three years.

 

Oenological Characteristics

This is a wine of intense ruby colour; delicate bouquet, fruity and varietal, velvetylike of good structure, prominent personality, reminiscent of black pepper; cherry and cassis.

 

Suggestions

Ideal to savor this wine with a large variety of dishes, especially meat.

 

Serving Temperature : The ideal is between 18º-20ºC.
