As this wine was designed to be of medium weight and concentrating on sweet berry flavours, fruit at about mid point of ripeness was selected. Fermentation on skins proceeded only until about 3º Baume at which time the wines was pressed. Following secondary fermentation each wine was oak matured separately for a short period so as not to mask the fruit flavours and only then blended to produce the balance of freshness , flavour and softness.

It is ideal with many meat dishes, BBQ’s, stews or casseroles and with lighter cheese.
