WINEMAKER COMMENTS
The two most famous grape-growing areas of the Fleurieu Peninsula have each made major contributions to this richly flavoured, delightful wine. The lifted, eucalypt mintiness so typical of Langhorne Creek has matched beautifully with the ripe, plummy strength of the McLaren Vale. The result is a wine of many dimensions of breadth and length of flavour as well as layers of alternately mint, mulberry, oak and spice.
It is delightful with most rich meat dishes, rare beef, kangaroo or mature chesses.
