WINEMAKER COMMENTS
These three premium grape-growing areas have combined superbly to produce a flavoursome wine with pungent mintiness and lifted, spicy Shiraz flavours. Cabernet Sauvignon from Langhorne Creek and McLaren Vale are renowned for their intense eucalypt type characters and long soft flavoursome palate.
When combined with the rich, peppery flavours of McLaren Vale and Barossa Shiraz, the result is a complex mix of lifted berriness and soft warm flavours which perfectly accompany pate, rich red meat dishes, casseroles and cheese.
