Harvest: Hand-harvested from dry-farmed, old vines in April 1995.
Vinification:
| The must was fermented for 15 days at 82ºF followed by a 15-day post fermentation maceration. All the wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels followed by 6 months of bottle ageing. Bottled in September 1997. |
