Harvest: March 1995.

Vinification:

This Chardonnay is the result of hand-selected grapes and a French oak barrel fermentation of 50% of the must. Half of the wine was aged for 12 months in Burgundy oak barrels followed by 4 months of bottle ageing. Bottled in August 1996.

Acidity: 4.95g/l

Residual Sugar: 0.26%

Tasting Notes:

A medium-bodied Chardonnay with a buttery texture and minty, citrus-like flavors. This wine fills the mouth with rich fruit that is balanced by a fresh, lively acidity.
