Vinification:

This Chardonnay is the result of hand-selected grapes and a French oak barrel fermentation of 50% of the must. Half of the wine was aged for 4 months in oak barrels followed by 4 months of bottle ageing. Bottled in February 1997.

pH: 3.61

Acidity: 3.4g/l (Sulfuric Acid)

Residual Sugar: 3.5 g/l

Tasting Notes:

A medium-bodied Chardonnay with a buttery texture and minty, citrus-like flavors. This wine fills the mouth with rich fruit that is balanced by a fresh, lively acidity.
