Vinification:

Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel preceded by 6 hours of maceration. Bottled aged 4 months after vinification. Bottled in July 1996.

Alcohol: 13.3%

pH: 3.61

Acidity: 5.03g/l (Sulfuric Acid)

Residual Sugar: 0.33%

Tasting Notes:

This wine has a rich texture, fresh, ripe fruit character and the classic smoky-flinty taste of the Sauvignon Blanc grapes. A wine with excellent fruit-acid balance and a long finish.
