Soil: Light & sandy, with excellent drainage and medium fertility.

Production:

The grapes were hand-picked at the peak of their maturity. They were then destalked, crushed, and fermented at low temperature with selected yeast strains in stainless steel tanks.

Maturation: The wine was kept in stainless steel tanks.

Colour: Pale yellow-straw colour with green hues.

Aroma:

The nose is defined by classic varietal character interlaced with hints of papaya and pineapple. Pronounced ripe fruits flavours abound.

Taste:

On the palate it is well structured, elegant, fresh, succulent and medium bodied, with a fruity and friendly finish.

Suggestions:

Drink within 2 years for maximum enjoyment. Serve between 8–10ºC. Try it with squid, ceviche, prawns, smoked salmon-exquisite! Poultry.
