The grapes were hand-picked at the peak of their maturity. They were then destalked, crushed and fermented at low temperatures with selected yeast strains in stainless steel tanks.

Maturation: The wine was aged in American oak barrels resting on its lees.

Colour: Lovely intense yellow straw colour with green tinges.

Aroma:

A complex aroma with plenty of personality. Creamy, with nice balance between oak and fruit. Pick up with notes of banana and egg fruit.

Taste:

The palate is friendly, complex, round, fat, and beautifully proportioned, with a full mid palate and a lavish finish.

Suggestions:

Drink within 2-3 years for maximum enjoyment. Serve between 6-8ºC. Best with lobster, pasta dishes and all poultry.
