Aroma:

Well-defined varietal nose, bold and inviting with typical Merlot characteristics. A whisper of wood with a core of berries and hints of spices. On the palate it is meaty, well proportioned, complex, full bodied and flavourful with an eloquent finish.

Suggestions:

Drink within 2-3 years for maximum enjoyment. Serve between 15-16ºC. Delicious with cheese souffle, pizza, a meat fondue, red meats, and the quintessential Chilean snack – the "empanada".
