The grapes were hand-picked at the peak of their maturity. The bunches were then pressed in their entirety and fermented in American oak barrels with selected yeast strains.

Maturation:

The wine was then kept in our cellar, resting for 2 months in American oak barrels.

Colour: Lovely pale straw colour with green overtones.

Aroma:

Fresh varietal aroma, with subtle hints of vanilla. Intense tropical fruit with layers of grapefruit and pineapple. These lively fruit flavours are accentuated by a prudent touch of wood.

Taste:

It has a well-balanced, rich and complex palate with a crisp acidity and lingering finish.

Suggestions:

Enjoy at its best within the first 2 years. Serve between 6-8ºC. As an aperitif. Alternatively, with seafood/fish, and white meats. Delicious with sea-urchins.
