Production:

The grapes were hand-picked at the peak of their maturity. They were then destalked, crushed, and fermented at low temperature with selected yeast strains in stainless steel tanks.

Maturation: The wine was kept in stainless steel tanks.

Colour: Pale straw colour with green hues.

Aroma: Intense varietal aroma. Fresh and floral, with herbal nuances.

Taste:

On the palate it is fresh, succulent, well balanced and seductive. Overall it is well structured, elegant and refined with an agreeable and vibrant finish.

Suggestions:

Enjoyed at its best within first 12 months. Serve between 8–10ºC. As an aperitif or with seafood/fish.
