Pink-salmon-orange-ish, produced from 70% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, and 10% Syrah. Rich, dense, medium-bodied, velvety-textured character, with thick cherry and strawberry flavors. Very good when served chilled (<10°C), with grilled shrimps/prawns and assorted barbecued seafood.

Excellent as aperitif and welcome drink, or picnic.
