Chateau de Combebelle wines are ORGANICALLY GROWN.

Made from grapes grown in chemical free soil, according to the Biodynamic method of culture. Situated on hillsides overlooking the Mediterranean

our Cabernet and Syrah vines ranged from 5-20 years old,

making wines of complexity and power.

 

Characteristics:

Big concentration and structure; well-balanced; elegant red fruit aromas with

hints of mint, leather and thyme on the palate; some spicy notes;

a future Classic wine.

 

Awards:

The vintage 1995 Cuvee Prestige received Gold Medal at '97 Blaye and at '97 Paris,

and Silver Medal at '97 Macon Competitions.

 

Ratings:

The 1995 received Best rating of 91 in panel of French Southern Wines inside

Wine UK (August 1998 issue)

The 1994 was rated 89 in Wine Advocate (31/8/96)
