Cepage: 75% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet France
Vineyard & Production: Harvesting is done entirely by hand. After destemming, the grapes are left to ferment for 3 weeks in thermoregulated vats. The wine is then aged for 18 months.
