Produced in the South of France along the Mediterranean Coast

according to the strict rules of French wine production and bottling.

 

Characteristics:

A soft medium-bodied red wine made from red grapes grown in the South West of France. Fruity and easy to drink. Not so tannic, smooth, and drinkable by itself or with food. Specially formulated for Asian tastes to be rounded and less astringent, providing a smooth, round, non-tannic finish.

Recommendation:

Matches well with red meats, roast pork, char siew, duck, venison, beef, gnau-lam, and savoury dishes. Goes particularly well with slightly sweet dishes, such as sweet & sour pork, fish, pork or beef in tomato sauces, and semi-sweet desserts. Serve chilled at 18°C. (1 hour in the fridge)
