SAXENBURG

The Sauvignon Blanc vineyards produced very low quantities. All the grapes were full-ripe which produced nice flavours and a perfect balance.

Winemaker’s comments:

A rich wine with a mix of flavours of figs and tropical fruit. The palate is very well balanced, full-bodied and fresh fruity. The finish is long and the structure is perfect to mature for a long time.
